RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Camphost strives to offer fair and transparent cancellation terms that align with industry standards while recognizing the planning involved in RV rentals. By placing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:

1. Advance Cancellation (30 Days or More Before Pick-Up):

   If you cancel at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to your scheduled pick-up date, you will receive a full refund of your rental fees, less a seventy-five dollar (USD $75) administrative fee.

2. Moderate Cancellation (14 to 29 Days Before Pick-Up):

   If you cancel fourteen (14) to twenty-nine (29) calendar days before your scheduled pick-up date, you may choose to receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of your total rental fees or a 100% credit for future use.

3. Late Cancellation (Fewer Than 14 Days Before Pick-Up):

   If you cancel fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before your scheduled pick-up date, no refund will be issued, but you may choose to receive 100% credit towards a future booking.

4. No-Show Policy:

   If you fail to pick up the RV on your scheduled date without prior written notification to Camphost, you will be treated as a no-show, and the reservation will be cancelled with no refund issued.

5. Early Returns or Trip Shortening:

   Once the rental period has commenced, there are no refunds or credits for early returns, trip interruptions, or unused days.

6. Force Majeure or Unforeseen Events:

   In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, Camphost will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling or issue credits toward a future rental. Any decision to waive or modify standard cancellation fees in these situations is at Camphost’s sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Bookings:

   If you made your reservation through a third-party platform (such as RV Share, Outdoorsy, or RVNGO), you must follow that platform’s cancellation and refund policies. Camphost cannot override or alter the policies imposed by third parties.

8. Security Deposit vs. Reservation Deposit:

   Any refundable security deposit collected at pick-up is governed by our Security Deposit Policy and is separate from any reservation deposits. If a cancellation occurs prior to pick-up, the reservation deposit is subject to the terms outlined above, and any collected security deposit will be refunded in full, provided no other fees apply.

9. Policy Updates and Confirmation:

   Camphost may modify this policy at any time. The version in effect on the date of your reservation shall control. By confirming your reservation, you accept and agree to this cancellation policy.
